Frustrated by the service received from the post office

<p> On the 28 April 2016 I went to the Post office in 334 Schoeman street Pretoria,I went there to post a document using there speed service courier.The lady who was assisting me didn't give me a form to write the contact details of the recipient and I thought that is how things are done.After two days we called the person who were sending the documents to but she had not received them.we tried tracking the documents on line using there tracking service but it didn't help.We then went to the post office to inquire about same we're told that they couldn't find the person and that our documents are being couriered back to Pta but till today May 2016 we have note received our documents and we are still given the run ! </p>
