I spoke to *****gwa to ascertain the whereabouts of a parcel I had posted, as it had not been delivered after 3 days. *****gwa took my details, called the delivery driver and phoned me back with a report. She was friendly and very helpful. Though I still have an outstanding complaint with my local post office, I want to be sure that *****gwa is complemented for her great service. Thank you.
