Friendly and helpful service from Simonstown Post Office

<p>A notification to collect a registered letter was not sent to my correct postal address. I called the Simonstown Post Office branch to resolve the issue this afternoon. The staff member who answered the phone was cheerful, friendly, intelligent and helpful. Part of the issue was due to the postman, so she also called the distribution depot on my behalf to ensure that they (hopefully) don't make the same mistake again. Overall a really excellent experience. Well done Simonstown SAPO.</p>
