Forever waiting ...

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a EMS parcel that has arrived in Johannesburg, I used the Expedited Mail Service for a reason to get it as quickly as possible!! I still don't have a local tracking number and when trying to phone Cape Mail in Cape Town, the phone lines are all showing number busy, particularly the customs number, it never works or no one seems to answer!! I have paid a lot of money to get my parcel here in Cape Town as quickly as possible!! No such luck and this is not the first time it has taken this long to be send down to Cape Town!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone from SAPO just send me my parcel as it is a rush item, it should get first priority!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Morne</p>
