Forever on Hold or Busy - Never get through

Hi,<br> <br> Been trying to get a hold of Customer services at Post Office using this number ***2.<br> I never get through. I had several calls and i was kept on hold and was told I am important and will get to my call but it never gets answered. I called about 8 Times during the course of the day with average length of atleast 12 minutes. No answer.<br> <br> I just want to ask one simple question. My parcel II***ZA is in transit from SA international to Brixton Post office for 6 days now. Im sure theres something going on and wrong. All i want to know is when i will get my parcel :)<br> <br> Really frustrating, when are you planning to add more call centre people?!
