Foreign Parcel delivery

I ordered some goods from Netherlands on the 13/01/2020.My parcel reached SA on on 28/02/2020,on the 12/03/2020 the parcel was delivered from Durban central post office to Phoenix and I have not received my parcel yet. Absolutely pathetic service!!! Today is the 26/05/2020?
