FORCED TO PAY FOR PO BOX RENTAL

I live in a village called St Francis Bay (Eastern Cape). There is a SA Post Office branch in the village but they do not provide a postal delivery service to your home. Accordingly, you have NO OPTION but to rent a PO box. In the circumstances, I think it is most unfair to force customers to rent and pay for a box otherwise they have no means to receive their mail! Apart from that, I have no quarrel with the Post Office service. Paul Pezarro
