Follow up on report written on Wed, 13 May 2015

Good day,<br> I followed the route you suggested on my previous report which I logged on Wed, 13 May 2015. I submitted all the necessary documetation to the Marshalltown Post Office on 25 May 2015. I also completed an 'Enquiry regarding a missing or damaged postal article' form. I received a phone call from the Post Office and was told that it was not clear whether the 'damage' occurred at the Jhb Post Office or at the receiving end in Cape Town. I responded saying that it was immaterial whether the 'damage' was done on the Jhb side or Cape Town side of the Post Office and that the Post Office was responsible. I was told that they would investigate further and get back to me. I am still awaiting further feedback. I would appreciate feedback in this regard. Thank you.
