Parcels take several months to arrive, if at all, even after a “deal” was made with Wish. No Customer Service numbers are answered. No emails are responded to. Just another failed government entity (ANC). R30+ fee for collecting a parcel where shipping has already been paid is an absolute money grab. Where do those funds go? Definitely not to improve services or facilities!! Avoid at all costs.
