Feedback and over all service

Good day

Why would it be that sending a parcel to a different country will be quick and their customs can clear all items in an orderly manner, now SA believes that they are the kings however why is it that customs always takes almost a month to clear a package and expects payment for a service rendered, the whole year is not christmas... i have sent them emails to ********** on 4/01/2018 and its now 10/01/2018 to request the local tracking number for a parcel, no repsonse, the package has been in the country since 9/12/2017? Perfect example as well i have received normal post during december but the parcels today I received two other items and the notification was stamped with the dat of 05/12/2017 and the notice only arrived today the 10/01/2018. The services has to improve
