F..cking useless

Same issues as everyone else complaining.Ever since the anc took over the post office it has been a downhill slide.E-mails are not being responded to and *** is never answered,yesterday a held on for 3 hours listening a to a pre-recorded message to say"your call is important"-well f..ck you and your call is important.For the last 10 years there has been zero service from that useless entity.Mark Barnes is even worse than his predecessors.In other words sa post office go and f..ck yourselves.
