fax

I faxed a payslip to Fnb on the 4th of January 2015 I queried on 5 they sad no they didn't get anything. I then faxed them at the pullenshope library on the 6th of January and I got a correspondence within an hour after faxing they sad I must also bring my 3 months bank statement I drove to Hendrina a nearest town and came back n faxed at the post office because the library was closed. I explained to lady at helm what happens with the earlier fax and faxed again. I phoned fnb on 9th January 2014 to track my application they sad they didn't receive anything.I then went back to post office to query as to why a my faxes are not going through. I was met with a very rude attitude from this lady who refused to give me her name as she didn't even have a name badge on at the time. She sad as long as there is a printed report there is nothing she can do for me
