Fastway post service

This is the second time i have used this post office and the second time that they lost track of my parcel. Its honestly the worst service ever!! Fastway is slower than the normal post... i'm losing bussiness because of this and its unacceptable. The lady told me that the parcel would arrive to a client on friday when posted before wednesday. It has been posted and somehow they ****ed up on the system and cant find my parcel AGAIN!!!! its monday now and still nothing!!!
