Fast mail is anything but fast.

I sent an important document using the fast mail on a Monday, was told it would take 48 hours. 10 days later the letter has still not reached the place I have sent it to. I went back to the post office to enquire and also call them, they said they don't know where it is as there is no tracking number on fastmails. They were quite rude about it and said I should have used Speed couriers since my document was urgent.
