Fast Freight Rip-off

I paid R3500 just in fast airfreight charges to get a parcel from Australia speedily. It should have been here within five days. It is now a month and I have not yet received it, nor can I track it. You can get no answers apart from that there was a strike which ended in July and they are working off the backlog. This is beyond pathetic. The parcel was insured, but Australian Post says it was delivered to SAPO, so I have no claim.
