Fast and effective service

I had an important package or irreplaceable art delivered to Overport PO (Durban) but I took too long to collect, being unaware of how quick it would be, and being slack. When I went to the PO, I was told it had been sent to RLO in Cape Town to be destroyed. Distraught, I emailed the SAPO Customer Services. and within 2 weeks Eugenia had returned the parcel to Overport. <br> I am indebted, and the international art project I am a part of is lucky to have people like her in service.
