It is time for Farrarmere Post Office to be closed down. The staff are totally ***********, are lazy and need 2 people to help 1 customer. Going in to collect a parcel, takes up to 1 hour of standing in the queue only to be told that you have to pay cash. as the money is for some pathetic handling charges. Government has found another way to ***** people out of their money,

Why was this information not on the collection slip? Farrarmere is the most disorganized Post Office that I have ever been in
