False advertising when it comes to Fast Mail service

<p>I fast mailed my grandfather's medical aid letter on 10.01.2017 at the Florida Hills post office. It's the 23.01.2017 and the letter has not reached in yet I paid the required fare. When ibtrace tge reference, its still at the Bloemfontein branch & has veen there since tge 17.01.2017. What's the point of calling the service 'fast mail' if we still have to wait a month to receive important letters? This is pathetic service you give to your clients. You lot need to practice some Emphathy when it comes to your clients...This is absolute *******! </p>
