Failure to do the simplest task....

I have been using the Post Office to deliver packages for several years and although the service has never been great thinks still seemed to happen all be it a snails pace.<br> I can now confirm that what ever capabilities the post office once had all that remains is utter incompetence.<br> Case In Point:<br> I ordered a small item from the USA. A key chain of sorts.<br> The package arrived at costumes in the beginning of October 2014.<br> It tool 7 months for the package to clear customs. 7 Months, how *********** and useless an organisation is the Post Office?<br> When the package does finally arrive at my local Post Office<br> No first notification is sent.<br> Finally on the 22 of May 2015 a second notification is sent.<br> And now the part that finally destroyed any remaining confidence in the post office. It takes from the 22nd of May to the 11th of June for the second notification to make it to my address. YES ALMOST A MONTH, for the slip to make it the few blocks to the final address.<br> When the collection notice arrives on the 11th of June 2015 I immediately rush off the the Post Office to collect my package only to find that it has been returned to the sender<br>
