Failure to deliver parcel on time

I asked a younger brother of mine to send me my documents with post office speed service courier on Monday the 3rd and I went to the post office branch to collect it. When I got there they said they haven't received that parcel with auch a tracking number. The branch manager said there is nothing he can do to help me, I need to wait for aometime since there must be a delay somewhere. I came back the other day only to find that the parcel has not arived and I called the head office of speed services where they put me on hold until my R100 airtime was finished and no one helped me. Now I am sitting here not knowing if my documents will ever reach me or thethey are lost since no one is willing to a sister me.
