FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PARCELS IN TIME

<p>I purchased my parcels on an international online. These items were delivered in time. It took JIMC a while to scan the items. When they finally scanned them there was no movement. I spoke to countless people, Sweetness, Thandi Ntuli, Portia Shirindza. There seem to be no resolution. They keep on telling me about a backlog for which there is no system in place to atleast put me on eaze. In terms of how long can I expect to get my packages. I even went as far as to their office but still couldn`t get any assistance. The sad part in all this is that we get charged custom duties. This would be fair if only our packages arrived in time or atleast a reasonable time. Their phones keeps on ringing once they have or know your contact number. They just ignore you. Can someone from customs please assist as I really need those items urgently.....</p>
