Failing to carry mail from sender to the intended destination.

<p>My international parcel RI ********** 10GB with domestic tracking number RI ********** 81ZA has arrived in the country on the 7/01/2017 and has been scanned 12/01/2017 JHB in transit. This has been almost 3 weeks that my parcel is in transit. Callled call centre nobody could give me an answer why it is taking so long to get to Cape Town. I was twice in the last two weeks to Cape mail and promised that at the end of the week it will be delivered an I am still waiting. SAPO is in violation of Regulation 4.1 of the Conveyance of Mail Regulations 2009, as published in Government Gazette No 32644, by failing to carry mail from the sender to the intended destination.” ICASA has also sanction them but there non delivery are still taking place.</p>
