Failed to provide a service

<p>I posted items on the 30th of April from Middelburg to Pietermaritzburg.</p> <p>I requested that it be there before the 8th of May.</p> <p>It was sent off on the 3rd Of May.</p> <p>Its now the 11th & still not there!!</p> <p>Got told its still in Tshwane Gauteng!!</p> <p>What the hell?!</p> <p>I paid for a service & this is how it gets handled!</p> <p>Those parcels were supposed to be for Mothers Day!</p> <p>I will from now on rather use Postnet then deal with this pathetic service!</p>
