Facility no able to service public

on 1/6/15 i had gone to the Isando branch to buy my car licence. on arrival i stood in a queue of 8 people. looking at the counters that could possibly help the public, only one was operational as the other 5 had no computers or staff behind them. the staff were very helpful, that included the post master, in assisting the people and advising them of the issue on hand that the MVL was broken as it was vandalised during the strike. i stood in the queue for almost an hour before being served as the one person helping had to use the bulk machine for the licences to be printed. being such a busy post office it is sad to see the state of this branch. this office is very central and alot of businesses depend on it. so standing in a queue for an hour is a loss of income to these and my business. i would suggest a revamp to this facility as well as more computers and staff to make our visits more on time and not inconvenience the public.
