Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied

HJ ********** 54US The tracking number above is for a parcel that I am waiting for from the USA. What is the status of this parcel please as it has been in the country for weeks. The system claims that a delivery attempt was missed and another has been scheduled. No communications has been received regarding any attempted delivery. Please let me know urgently. Unacceptable that parcel lay in wait for weeks on end without the SA Post Office trying to make contact with the intended delivery recipient.
