Extremely Slow Delivery Service

My international package has been at customs (JIMC A) since the 7/8 December, and I'm still waiting for my package. In this case, I could not pick my courier for delivery, definitely won't EVER be using, PostOffice again. I'd just rather cancel any product order or delivery if the SA Post Office is handling my delivery.
