Extremely poor service non delivery of purchased items from overseas, WISH. Parcels are just not delivered to recipients.

I have to apologise. I put a review on under Telkom instead of the Post Office regarding this extremely poor service by SA Post Office staff. The minister needs to check the post office to see how the staff at the handling depot / sorting depot and delivery depot are doing with the absolutely huge amount of parcels coming in from overseas since people have started purchasing from WISH. It can only be South Africa where PARCELS (not parcel) land in the destination country (South Africa) and almost 3 months later are still not received by the recipient. I know I am not the only person experiencing this. In addition, you cannot get through to anyone plus emails are not returned. It is just ********** and something needs to be done about this.
