Extremely Frustrated with regards to finding my Parcel with zero interest to help

I purchased an item last year 06 December 2017

The Item was sent from Germany through the German Post Office (DHL Paket) and is to be handed over by SA Post Office to take over once in South Africa.

The below was copied off the German Post Office Tracking site,

Thu, 07.12.17 15:41 Köngen, Germany The package was processed in the start package center. Thu, 07.12.17 11:34 The order data for this shipment were sent electronically to DHL by the sender.

As you can see I have had no updates since the 16th Jan 2018. I know that once international parcels reach SA, a local tracking number is generated, but how am I suppose to get this local tracking number when no one answers the customer service phone lines ( ***) nobody replies to my SMS's ( 35277 ) No body replies to the below mail addresses, ********** ********** ********** **********

Your International tracking on your website says it cant find it and refers me to the German Post site for tracking, I also downloaded your App on my phone which doesn't work.

I honestly don't know what else to do to get this information.

International tracking says its with your office, WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE PARCEL AND WHAT IS THE LOCAL TRACKING NUMBER?
