EXTREMELY DELAYED DELIVERIES

i have been waiting for delivery of 2 Parcels from the US since April 2015<br> <br> Tracking number : LJ***US this parcel was posted to me on the 16 April. I still have not received it <br> <br> The second parcel does not have a tracking number from the sender the parcel was initially sent on the 14 March 2015 a second replacement of the parcel was sent on the 21 May and that was due to be delivered in June.<br> <br> The address for both parcels is 98 Oxford Road, Houghton Estate,2198. <br> <br> I even went to the Killarney Post Office this morning and there is nothing there. Can someone please advise where my parcels are if they are missing/******. It is ridiculous that i have had to wait for this long. I also phoned customer services nothing from their side all they could tell me is that there is a backlog.<br> <br> this is frustrating and very dissapointing <br> <br>
