Extremely Bad Service at Bloemfontein Post Office

Could something please be done about the bad service at Bloemfontein post office?

Today I stood in the queue for exactly 49 minutes. There are 20 cubicles and ONLY two are manned. While there were only two people servicing customers, one still closed her window and started stamping and scanning mail, regardless of the long queue and how long people have been waiting.

Then there’s also the lack of a sense of urgency. When these ladies go to the back to search for parcels, they take their sweet time walking as slowly as they possibly could. At times there were absolutely NO post office staff in sight while customers were waiting to be assisted.

I am mostly mentioning what happened today, but this is a regular occurrence. We are living in a time where things are fast-paced and people are busy and in a hurry, and to receive such kind of service is just downright wrong, really.

I beg you, please do something about this situation. There are thousands of unemployed people in our country who would love to be cashiers at the post office.
