EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

We were all let to believe that the strikes are over and that the SA Postal service is turning a new page and will be a world class service shortly ... WHAT a JOKE !!!<br> <br> They are just as pathetic as ever. The attitude at the counters is super ****. The call centres (customer services) are non existing. Phone keep on ringing for day's at end ... no answer. ANY number found anywhere that you try regarding post office is either engaged or just ringing forever.<br> <br> Trying to trace 3 parcels for 9 weeks now. No service ... absolutely pathetic. !!!
