Extreme delay in service

This is ridiculous having to wait 3 Months for a parcel to arrive from China which was sent airmail. <br> I still have not received the package. No tracking information. It should be scanned when it lands so you can confirm they have it. All tracing numbers are Identifiable. All they need to do is update the status.<br>
