Exceptional service

<p>This review should have 1 star since I waited 7 and a half weeks to get my parcel from the UK and it only took 1 week to get to SA. On top of that I still had to pay R 260 to collect it, and its just a t-shirt and packet of sweets from my mom! However, 5 stars it is and only because of 1 person, Lionell Bonaparte in customer service Port Elizabeth. He went above and beyond by contacting Jhb and keeping me informed, notifying me as soon as there was movement with my parcel.</p>
