Excellent service NORTHERENE

Hi, I made a call to Cape Mail ( ********** ) this morning regarding tracking numbers and the location of goods. The telephone was immediately answered by a lady named NORTHERENE. I told her what my call was all about and she searched her computer and gave me what I needed. NORTHERENE provided the most friendly customer service. And to think she even asked me whether there is anything else she could assist me with. You do still find good service at Cape Mail. Thumbs up NORTHERENE!!!
