Excellent service - going the extra mile

My wife visited the Humansdorp Post Office to mail a parcel overseas, as usual she received excellent customer service (as we have become accustomed to at Humansdorp Post Office). The gentleman really went the extra mile in providing an excellent service. Thank you for your friendly service, it really is a pleasure going to the Humansdorp Post Office, which sadly cannot be said of some of the other post offices in the same area.
