Excellent Service from Joburg International Mail Centre

<p>I have had several issues with getting information about the whereabouts of my parcels coming into the country. Ive called the JIMC on numerous occassions with the phone not being answered, and when it is answered Im told that they will transfer me to the relevant department but the line would be dropped. I have been so frustrated until a lady by the name of Lindiwe assisted me. After which I was assisted by a gentleman named Jannie. These two individuals have been EXTREMELY helpful in every way. I really hope that the JIMC recognizes these individuals for their efforts and great service. </p>
