Excellent Service

I phoned the helpline (Customer Service) to help me track a parcel from the USA today. Maud went way beyond what is normally expected of an employee to help me take delivery of the item. She is a real Blessing!

I hope the Post Office realise what stellar employees they have and give recognition where it is due.
