Excellent service

I ordered products via the USPS for a client in February. According to their site it arrived in South Africa early in March. For months I called around and stood in ques at the local post office to find it. Eventually I decided to call the Pretoria distribution centre and found Eugenia Ngoepe. She got onto it immediately and within an hour she tracked it down and made sure it was on it’s way to me. She was constantly in contact with me via email until I received it two days later. Thanks so much for the excellent service Eugenia!! People like you are few and far between.
