Excellent Service

What a pleasure dealing with Lucia from Steeldale Post Office! I get a call from her every now and then when I have a parcel to collect. No matter the time of day, I am always welcomed and assisted with a smile. Yes, the queues are long.... Yes, all the counters aren't always open... But it is worth the wait when I am finally served.
