<p>I was assisted by a very pleasant gentleman, VERNON HENDRICKS at your bromhof office whilst trying to renew my car licence, I had been to Cresta where the service was appalling as well as randpark ridge that was just as bad as I was told the system is offline come back another day we can't help. After all that I tried bromhof where 2 people were queuing before me and Vernon was the only one on the counter he advised that the systems were off but he will keep trying of which he did. I waited for 15 min and was assisted with a smile and all my docs were processed without any difficulties, fast and efficient service, what a pleasure. You need to employ more people in your businesses with that kind of attitude and willingness to help, please reward him in some way he really is a GEM</p>
