Excellent customer service

on Saturday the first of September i went to collect a parcel from the above mentioned post office outlet and i was told that it had not yet arrived and was asked to return on the Monday, i decided to go on Friday the 4th and got my parcel. Even though the was a delay, the service i received from the teller by the name of Thabi was beyond exceptional, she was courteous and was very helpful. On all occasions i go to the post office i am assisted by her. I would just like to thank her for the exceptional service and the post office did an awesome job hiring her.<br> <br> Many thanks.
