EMS - where is my parcel

I have been waiting for my parcel for over a month. It states that it is in transit from the JHB International Centre since 1/2/2016 (29 days ago). I called the SAPO call centre, was told to contact Benmore Post Office - was told that they did not have my parcel and was to contact EMS. I have been trying to call EMS for 2 days and no answer - the phone just rings and then hangs up. I have literally been continuously calling for 10 hours a day for 2 days (using my office speaker phone) and no answer. This is ridiculous - where is my parcel!!!
