EMS service has disintegrated

What on earth has happened to the EMS service? It was fantastic and SO reliable and we have used it for 12 years. Now suddenly the service is HOPELESS, our customers around the world are furious, deliveries are not being made, and packages are untraceable. We cant find anyone who can answer or explain. No one can help ??? No one in the entire SA Post Office ??
