EMS parcel not delivered
Hi,<br> <br> LK***US was sent as a \fastmail"EMS parcel on 18 March 2015. <br> <br> This Fastmail EMS parcel is not yet in the South African system - more than 2 months later.<br> <br> What is the procedure to claim for damages? The local post office tells me I must wait more. We are unable to pick records on item LK***US .This digit is not recognised as a tracking number but a customs label meaning the service used to have it shipped over does not include a tracking option unless if there are duties to be paid on it then it will be allocated a local reference and will be available on our system for domestic tracking. We ran a search with your name and surname and could not find records. It is therefore difficult for us otherwise to establish the whereabouts of the item as it does not have a tracking number and in this instance you may log an enquiry with the originating post point for a formal investigation to be conducted.
