EMS Parcel held at JIMC C - Please help

Good day<br> <br> I ordered a small parcel from Australia and have been following the tracking on the global track and trace (reference number CV***AU). Since the 02/10/2015 8:24am the parcel has been \help by customs JIMC C". <br> I have phoned the customer service repeatedly on the hour every hour for the past few days on every available contact number. My calls were only answered on one occasion during which the lady had no idea why the parcel was being held and transferred my call....which was then dropped!!! I have emailed customer service twice without answer. I even went so far as to call the JIMC supervisor without success as he too does not answer his phone. <br> What is going on? why are you withholding my parcel? This service is terrible and it seems the staff is ***********. Can anyone actually assist? """
