EMS Late Parcel Delivery

I posted a parcel from Benoni Post Office in East Rand on 3rd of October and chose the EMS option which cost me R498. The post office promised me 3 days delivery but up to date the parcel has not arrived to its final Destination which is Windhoek, Namibia. <br> <br> I have used the tracking number to locate my parcel and i am told the parcel is still in Johannesburg pending delivery to Namibia. Today is the 14th of October and the parcel is already more than 7 days late. This kind of service delivery is really pathetic. I just wish i could have used DHL, because although they expensive they offer a service that is far much better than the Post Office.<br> I am absolutely disgusted by the fact that nobody even knows the whereabouts of my parcel and I paid a huge premium for the \Expedited "service."""
