Empty Packages, Empty Promises

The post office charges R25.85 per package that arrives up to 110 days after purchase. Packages arrive at local post office with entire contents missing. Empty promises to respond to multiple emails. To re-order will take another 100 days or so. Unacceptable for a paid service.
