Empty boxes sent to the office

Hi,<br> <br> i received a notification that my parcel have arrived at a branch post office for the following (RC***HK and RC***HK), upon my request for my parcels a gentleman told me that there was nothing showing for the tracking number i gave him. when i insist that i got the receipt that confirms that my parcel was at the branch, he quickly went to the back only to come back with my parcels which were opened already and it was only the empty boxes. i demanded to know what happened to the contains that was inside he told me that unfortunately those empty boxes were the only things they received from the customs and i must take it up with the customs. i asked why would they send me the slips to collect the parcel if the parcel does not exist and he told me there must have been a mistake he is sorry.
