Emailed the information but no response

What a bunch of clowns you SAPO are. Yet once again they on strike again and still haven't received my parcels. I emailed my information as asked by customer service but still they haven't rep****.<br> <br> If you can't get the mail sorted, why ain't you asking the public to volunteer in helping get it sorted? I'm willing to help and I'm only 1 person out of millions that ain't also receiving their mail.
