Elderly Abuse

Cresta Post Office has THE rudest 'managers' I have ever witnessed. I had to witness my elderly mother get scolded ,after her waiting 2 hours in a que on Saturday and returning today to be belittled in front of a crowd of people. She was sent away once again to get a letter, when she returned she was told to wait as the attendant needs to go to the toilet .....she waited over 15 minutes before being attended. Where has respect for the elderly and customer service gone? Absolutely pathetic.
